- Additional Lots (up to four contiguous lots) – $157
- Lot dues are discounted 50% for up to 4 additional contiguous lots to the primary lot.
- If a property owner receives a discount on one or more contiguous lots, no separate grouping of lots which contains a lot in which they have ownership Interest shall be eligible for the discount.
- Late fee: $50.00 after May 1st
North Bay Beach House — Contract to sign
$200 rental for use; $50 cleaning fee taken out of the $100 deposit, total of $350 due the day of rental. $100 will be refunded.
(2 checks would be appreciated) Deposit for weekend usage will not be returned until building has been checked the following Monday. No reservations for Holiday weekends. Check in Time 12:00 pm. Must be out by 11pm. Capacity 60.

Deposit is fully refundable 60 days prior to the event, 50% refundable 30 days, and no refund if less than 30 days prior to the event.

$20 rental fee (maximum capacity is 25 people)
Pool use is not included for groups over 10. We do not take reservations for Avon, Tupperware, etc.
If people are setting up the night before, do not use balloons as they set off the alarm system.
Craft Room
$35 rental fee. $25 refundable cleaning fee

Campground Fees
Private Campground for PIHA property owners & their guests, guests do not get Clubhouse/beach privileges without the property owner. All sites include picnic table & fire pit and use of campground restrooms with private showers and campers pavilion. Bicycles available at no charge for campers use, please return at end of each day.
RESERVATIONS* FOR NON-SEASONAL SITES AND CABINS CAN BE MADE BY CONTACTING THE CAMPGROUND MANAGER NOT MORE THAN 180 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Cabin Rates
(No pets are allowed in cabins)
CABIN 1: Includes air conditioner, table, chairs, queen size bed, two bunk beds, bring your own bedding. Gas grill outside. Very rustic. $60.00/day.
CABIN 2: Includes air conditioner, countertop & chairs, 1 bedroom with 1 full & 1 twin bunk bed, bring your own bedding., restroom with sink & toilet, hot water. Cooktop, sink, dishes, pans, utensils, microwave & fridge. Gas grill outside. $100.00/day.
10% discount for 7 night stay or longer for both daily sites and cabins
*Full stay prepayment by credit card is required to make reservations. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date to receive full refund.
Refundable cleaning fee/security deposit Cabin 1: $60, Cabin 2: $100. Manager will inspect when checking out. Deposit will be returned if there is no damage and site and cabin are clean.
RV Storage Rates
We offer outdoor unsecured storage only, contact the Campground Manager regarding availability.
Storage fees must be paid up front when unit is moved into storage area.
DAILY: $1.10
6 MONTHS (April-September or October-March): $155.00
ANNUAL (April thru March): $310.00
$1.00 per day discount on campground site fee with paid storage.
